Burma, India, Indonesia have “separatists”, people who have never consented to being part of these nations and want to be out of these nations which is why they wanted the UN to support Congo’s demand for help to crush the Katanga Republic, permission for India to invade Goa & Daman/Diu, and the United Nations to invade West New Guinea with Pakistani and then Indonesian troops.
